Abandondened Murals

Sometimes, art hides in plain sight. In older cities, walls inside buildings often hold painted murals. These works were once full of color and life. Now, many are fading behind layers of dust or new paint. Some get covered during renovations. Others get ignored.

But when someone finds them again, it's like opening a time capsule. These murals tell stories. They show how people once lived or what they cared about.

Not all of them are masterpieces. Some are just decorative. But even the simple ones show effort and skill.

Some artists now work to restore them. It takes time. It takes patience. But the result is worth it. You get to see what the artist saw, decades ago.

It’s like connecting to someone from the past. Through color. Through brushstrokes. Through old walls that still stand.
